We are looking for Canadians with experience in Capital Planning and Asset Management to be part of a Team submitting a proposal for services in Northern Canada. Person(s) will be required to develop course material for training in Capital Planning, Asset Management and Project Management. Must be able to provide the following for inclusion in this team: Three (3) professional references (for each project team member) from recent corporate clients. The references should be for the Instructor and each member of the Project Team. The Training and Development Coordinator assigned to this request for proposal may not be accepted as a reference for this proposal. References ? Only those references of proponents who are short-listed may be contacted to determine the level of satisfaction with work performance. Methodology / Approach Proposed by the Proponent Proponents must demonstrate understanding of the project and detail the actions that they will undertake in the completion of this assignment. The proposed methodology should outline the schedule and teaching technique the proponent will use in delivering the course. This section should include: ? A draft workshop delivery schedule outlining daily instruction, topics, and class activities and timelines; ? Identification of proposed guest speakers; ? Teaching style and techniques used for adult learners; ? Curriculum development, submittal, review and revision process; ? Sources of material and references the proponent intends to utilize in completion of the work; ? Resources required to complete the work; ? When, how and how much input is required from the owner. ? A schedule of the work identifying key milestones. Proponent's and Instructor's Past Relevant Experience Proponents should describe similar services they have provided in the past. Identify the location and dates of the work performed and include current instructional evaluation and feedback from learners and/or Contract Authority. Projects in Northern Canada are of particular interest; however other projects that indicate the proponent's experience and ability to undertake the work should also be described.
