Should possess thorough knowledge of different Software life cycles and related methodologies and standards (Knowledge of agile based project environment would be an added advantage) Experience in Defect prevention, Measurement Analysis and Reporting Hands on experience in conducting process Improvements should have participated in Process Definition / Process Implementation / Training etc. Expected High Maturity experience in IT/ITES projects should be certified in ITIL or ITSM or both Should Capable enough to define Process definition and process improvement to meet business needs with respect to ISO 9001, CMMI and ISO 27001 should be capable enough to write Processes independently. Preferences will be given to that consultant, who has both the competencies and willing to start the Assignment with in short notice.
