MARKETING MANAGER - FINANCIAL SERVICES, ASSET MANAGEMENT - 6 MTH CONTRACT My client is one of the largest asset managers in Europe. Their aim is to maximise growth by operating in markets where they have a leading position and competitive advantage such as retail fund management, institutional fixed income, pooled life and pension funds, property and private finance. They are looking for a Marketing Manager with UK retail fund management experience to plan, implement and manage the delivery of innovative and creative advertising campaigns for the UK market. Responsibilities would include: - Management of end to end UK advertising campaigns - Budget planning, allocation and day to day management for all UK advertising - Identifying advertising objectives and relevant campaigns to achieve them - Full campaign delivery including planning, briefing external agencies and internal departments, campaign monitoring, evaluation and reporting to the Board. - Ensuring media selection - Acting as 'channel champion' for the relevant area of the business - Supporting brand building exercises and assisting in sponsorship promotion - Identifying Key Partner Sites nationally and managing product / brand building advertising with account managers - Managing one direct report - Campaign Executive The successful candidate will have strong marketing and advertising experience within a quality retail fund management business, therefore you will have strong investment knowledge and understanding. You must have B2C advertising experience, from planning and strategising to delivery and execution. You must have E-marketing and brand marketing experience, and have managed agencies throughout the creative process. Relationship management is incredibly important in this role as you will be required to manage both internal parties, stakeholders and external agencies, therefore you must have brilliant communication skills. You need to be passionate about advertising to obtain this role, and be a creative thinker with a robust personality and not be afraid to put your ideas forth.
