Our form for collect online reservations /booking.php is working well, basically it sends an email for us with the text typed by the user. However, initially, we need that this form make the following logic decision during the booking: If the bed was previously booked the user can not book it. Inform the user, meanwhile suggest the next availability and afterwards send a email to the customer confirming the booking. Cheers.
