This project is to design 2 simple and clean booth graphics that are 104.5" x 93" and 81.5" x 93." We want to keep critical art elements (logos, taglines) away from the outer 3" of all four sides. On the larger panel (104.5" x 93") we would like the DynamicsCare logo, attached, with a powered by I.B.I.S., Inc. reference (see top right corner of www.dynamicscare.com for reference) and the following large text under it: Expert Services for Microsoft Dynamics® AX Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Microsoft Dynamics® GP. Then add the gold logo (attached to the lower part of this panel. On the smaller panel (81.5" x 93") we would like the IBIS logo (attached) placed under a 46" monitor that will be approximately 62" from the ground. To tie it all together, we would like the wave design found in the attached pdf along the bottom of both panels. Our blue is 0,27,65 for RGB and 282 CVC for PMS. Our standard font is arial. We would like the graphics created to go with our wood look shown in the attachment call wood image if possible as we are keeping that look for our truss wraps. We are not looking to keep the sky/ocean theme as shown in the picture. Acceptable Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Freehand. If you have artwork created in any other program, save or export an EPS or PDF file to submit. Color Mode: For best color results, set the color setting in the application being used to Adobe RGB (1998) and set your art files to RGB mode. For the darkest black, use RGB values of 0:0:0. Specify any Pantones that should be called out via email if these Pantones will not be listed in your graphic document’s swatch window. If you submit a color as a “tint” or percentage of a PMS color, it will be printed “as is.” We cannot guarantee the “tint” as the PMS fanbooks and color charts do not show us exactly what that tint should look like. You may want to choose a lighter shade PMS color instead. File Setup: Setup all files at full print size. Use half or quarter size if there are document size limits with the application being used. Raster files and links should be set to 100 dpi at print size, with an acceptable minimum of 75 dpi at print size. Please do not add bleed or crop marks. Keep crucial elements, such as text, logos and important photographic areas at least 2” away from every edge of the graphic. For standard non-custom products, please ask your sales rep to give you the safe area measurements for each of your graphics if they have not already been provided. Blank production grids are available for standard products for graphic reference. Fonts: If using a vector-based application, convert all fonts to outlines before submitting.
