I am working on a new parenting/kid-related product, and seeking a talented product designer to help envision and design a finished version--not the artwork or packaging... just the product itself. My prototypes are made from general hardware and looks very "hardware-y" or "rough", but that said, there's enough demand that it would actually sell as it is, according to the stores that would sell it. Still, it would be nice to bring it to a manufacturer with my vision for how it could look. I would like to discuss it with manufacturers in a matter of weeks, not months or years, so this is a moving train, not fantasy or wishful thinking. I'm a single (newly unemployed) dad on a very tight budget, so not a corporation that can pay top dollar... but I would consider some pay now and some when it goes to market. I am confident if we sign an NDA and discuss, even a very seasoned designer will see a positive outcome for this item.
