Job Description Hello I am creating a website that will allow users to download videos after they complete a CPA survey. Example : http://cpaconvert.com/demos/madmen/index.html My site will have about 30 videos, so each page will have a digital image of the video. & a aweber form. The user will place their email adress in the aweber form after they have completed the survey, and the download link will be emailed to them. I am on a very tight budget as this is a test Site to see if the concept will work. I will provide all graphics for the site, i need this site done As soon as possible.
