We want to find out more information about our users (people who have signed up to our web app) We will deliver a spreadsheet of the sign ups to you on a regular basis (probably either weekly or fortnightly) We will have a specific set of questions that we need answered from the data the questions will be fairly simple - along the lines of the following - Peepers and leavers:: Number of people who enter and create 0 or less than X specific actions - Newbies who seem interested ie New users who've created more than X specific actions... and have logged in more than X and Y times - Number of drop offs ie former users with more than X specific actions who've not logged in for more than X days - Serious users: Number of people w more than X Y and Z specific actions - Potential payers: Number of people who look like they'll start paying soon ie have more than X Y and Z specific actions and will be due to start paying after the 30 day free trial ends .. that kind of thing You are well versed in this type of data extraction. (You might help us determine more key questions !)
