Crediting application on remote control program
My company is offering online IT support to customers. Our plan is that customers buy some specific hour plans, prepay us and we support them online. When we are online supporting them, when customers run out of time/deposed money, then the application shuts down terminating the connection. So, what we need is an application that can work with a remote control software (such as teamviewer etc). The application must have the following features: 1. We can add diferrent prepaid plans to diferrent customers 2. Monitor and display accurate remaining time/money when we are online with the customer 3. Save and store the time/money data upon closing connection 4. Restore the time/money data upon reconnection with the customer 5. Message warning to customer when time is running out 6. Termination of connection when time is up 7. Time elapsing/money left visible to both machines (ours and customer's) 8. Be able to set minimum price 9. Set different rates depending on the time or day of the week that our service is used (eg. 10$/1hr between 9am-5pm, 20$ between 5pm-10pm, 25$ on Sundays, etc) Keywords: Software Application
