Resourcing Administrator Location: West Houston, TX (I-10 and Eldridge) Job Purpose: The Resourcing Administrator has primary accountability for supporting the Resourcing Specialist and Line Managers to achieve agreed HR People Plan objectives, both personally and through his/her management of the resourcing activities and associate operational duties and administration in his/her region. This administrator role acts as a support to the Resourcing Specialist in facilitating the recruitment process with candidates, agencies, line managers and associate HR Business Partners in region recruitment and staffing (excluding graduate rotation and development). Role Synopsis: Supporting one of Our companys corporate functions with the sourcing of circa 80 permanent staff into the US based team. Responsible for supporting the end to end recruitment process. This is a hands-on resourcing role that requires solid in-house recruitment administration experience. Accountabilities: Maintains the Applicant Tracking System to ensure all candidate statuses and data is current and accurate. Post all roles on the ATS in line with group standards and agreed approach with RS. Support the recruitment process from arranging and confirm interviews including room bookings as required. Providing line managers with candidate information and interview documentation, providing some guidance on the completion and returning of these documents. Manage the collection and storage of all role specifications, candidate applications and interview notes. Support the Resourcing Specialist in setting up training, on boarding and team Resourcing meetings. Provide a key interface with external vendors, managing all communications from agencies relating to candidates and escalating any issues/challenges to the RS. Act as an operational contact for HR Business Partners and Line Manager for Resourcing queries, ensuring that the all non operational queries are escalated to the RS. Second for the RS in business facing meetings with line managers to initiate recruitment activity or update on current live activities. Essential Criteria: Significant in-house recruitment administration experience supporting high volume permanent recruitment (circa 100 roles/year). A demonstrable track record of success in supporting US based recruitment programmes over a 6-12 month period. Knowledge and experience of recruiting coordination in the US market for multiple job disciplines. Experience in supporting the production and maintenance of delivering recruitment MI on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Detailed knowledge of operating ATS (applicant tracking systems) ideally Brass Ring or similar (i.e Taleo) A strong awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition. Can apply influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes e.g. improving the recruitment process.
