Experis (Formerly COMSYS / Manpower Professional) client is currently seeking an Email QA Specialist for a long-term contract assignment in mid-town Manhattan. This position works to ensure the overall quality and integrity of the companys email program by applying QA best practices. The primary purpose of this position is to Quality Assure all email campaigns prior to their deployment. This includes email files, customer list requirements and audience segmentations. This person will also assist the email services manager in enhancing the email QA process as it is currently defined and implemented. Organizational Context This position operates within the Email Services team and serves as a point through which all campaigns pass prior to deployment. This position works closely with the Email Operations Lead to implement QA. This position supports the entire team. Key Responsibilities - Quality Assurance of all aspects of email campaigns prior to deployment - Logging of errors in campaigns submitted for QA - Maintain QA checklist & QA log - Work closely with Quality Mgmt Systems to implement and refine email process - Create testing plans for both manual and automated testing scenarios. - Provide QA reporting metrics to the marketing & management team. - Test emails at various stages of development and on multiple browser/email readers to prevent errors from getting out the door, thus ensuring consistency of user experience. - Understand and apply industry best practices for quality assurance; the company is revamping its email QA processes and expects this persons experience and initiative to help guide that process evolution.
