Practice Management Software, Web Front End SQL Back End
The project is for an occupational therapy practice, the software is required to record client information and case notes for clients. A case will involve a patient, contacts, insurer and we must record case notes against a case. When a case note is added the time is deducted from an approved hours table and also the time is added to the timesheet of the staff member who enters the note. I have designed the database I wish to use for the backend of this web application. I do not have time to design the front end to interact with database. I have exact functionality in mind I just need the pages designed and coded to achieve the functionality. I have already written some code that may be used if you wish. You must be able to code to interact with MS SQL and not MYSQL. This project will require experience with SQL databases. I will be available for any requests and will provide a detailed scope on project award. I will deposit 25% of the agreed fee once I see some initial functionality and unique code (not pasted from google). I will deposit a further 25% once I am satisfied the project is approaching a testing phase. Project completion will see a fully functional and visually appealing front end that interacts with an MS SQL database. The code will be analysed and tested prior to final payment.
