My company is a "C" corporation, and can't pay salaries yet, but I'd like to record Salaries Payable and Payroll taxes Payable for 2008-2011 as a liability for 2 employes. Very simple. The same rate for all years. Need to have correct payroll taxes (and others) rate for mentioned years.
