OVERVIEW: Next Academy is a newly established company specialising in 1on1 coaching and mentoring for primary to high school students in Australia. Next Academy regards student development and learning as an essential process in their lives and with a positive mentor it would indubitably influence their outcome once they enter the real world. In order to achieve maximum results we firmly believe 1on1 or small classroom tutoring gives the best opportunity for students to improve. Improvement goes hand in hand with their enjoyment and experiences of learning. Therefore, we hire tutors who we know are capable of engaging with the students and influence their attitudes about study/learning. VISION/GOAL: Next Academy is changing the paradigm of education from a classroom based learning environment to a personal one. I have a website with a system currently coded for this however, I want to improve the aesthetic and user interface. I will also need help porting all uploaded material into the new file management system - A admin management system and portal for students & tutors to login to check information on tuition and organise tuition times. In the future, would want software to be able to communicate with the website to allow simultaneous updating of information. More features may be needed but am unsure currently will name later.
