Job Description ABOUT US Ogloba is a company developing a financial and logistic platform. THE JOB We are looking for a UI designer for our Android application. The candidate must have an excellent eye for visual detail and design, with a passion in creating beautiful UI screens. He needs to understand Android UI capabilities. He gets what’s possible to express so that the engineer can identify risk early in the project feature’s lifecycle. He must Know the appropriate tools, use Eclipse, the Android emulator/device to vet the screens, and can suggest even more useful alternative approaches and work-arounds. Desire to work with a small technical team. Display overall programming competency. If you have Java experience, that’s a bonus, as is experience in Adobe Flex and an interest in creating Activity and Adapter classes. For a shot, submit examples of your Android design samples, either in-store or mock-ups. The ideal person is excellent at choosing the best tools for the project phase and making sure stakeholders really understand the deliverables. REQUIREMENTS * 3-5 years Mobile UX/UI experience either as Freelancer or in agency * Ability to work on small collaborative team * Fluency in design and wireframing tools * Fluency in latest mobile standards, responsive mobile design and other best practices LOCATION We are located in the heart of Asia but As long as you know how to use Skype for braindstorming sessions and meetings, you can work from your own place.
