Accounting & Data Entry - Bookkeeping
We are a property management company, using an online property management system. We collect rents, conduct maintenance tasks, pay bills and transfer rents to owners for approx 100 properties. Job description: The job requires a detailed oriented person, familiar with accounting systems and data entry. It also requires some skills with Excel to produce reports. Specific duties: We are looking for a virtual accounting assistant, who will be able to; 1) Handle accounts receivable / enter data in the accounting system 2) Handle accounts payable / enter data into the accounting system 3) Maintain accurate records / produce monthly reports 4) Pay bills / balance owner accounts Use of software: Number of transactions: 101 to 150 per month Level of A/R: Other or Not Sure Level of A/P: AP Reports, Paying Bills Desired Skills: Bookkeeping, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Keywords: Accounting, Bookkeeping, Receivable, Payable
