Job Description I need a PDF expert that has done this many times before, it should be a very straight forward project if you have the right experience. Please review the attached image for an example of what the PDF looks like that I need you to work with. The goal of this project is to develop a PHP script that can programmaticly; 1) Parse an email (using a php class like http://www.phpclasses.org/package/3169). You can use any class that is widely in use today, as long as it is being supported by a community and it has all the same features, or more. You will need to make sure the other parts of the email are in an array – I will use this later after the script is complete. 2) Save the PDF attachment to a “queue” directory. 3) Grab one or more PDF documents from this directory. (I will modify the script later to parse multiple emails.) 4) Iterate through the PDFs that are in the directory, do the following to each; a. Extract the following data from each PDF document (see graphic attachment): i. Invoice Date (change to YYYY-mm-dd format) ii. Invoice Number iii. S.O. No. iv. P.O. Number v. Ship Date (change to YYYY-mm-dd format) vi. Via (shipper) vii. Freight (tracking number, can be only numerical or alpha-numerical) b. Save the data from the PDF to a MySQL table. c. Generate a random filename and check that it doesn’t exist in the directory in step ‘d’. d. Name the PDF file with this new random filename generated in step ‘c’. e. Save the filename to the database record for this PDF. f. Save the parsed PDF to another directory with the new filename. Remove it from the “queue” directory. Tell me which PHP PDF library you will be using to develop this script. I have used fPDF in the past. Also, please tell me how many hours you will need to develop this project (there is no right answer, I just need to gauge your experience and skill levels.)
