Android App required. Scope: 1. Capture Basic Form details Name, Age, Description, date etc (must be extensible to add new fields/data types ) 2.Part of form will be Picture and Video 3.Location must be automatically pulled from GPS coordinates of the Mobile. 4. Data must stored and be downloadable/import/export...etc 5. Data captured from more than one Mobile must be displayed on a desktop or browser based map application (e.g. data captured from 3 mobiles to be displayed on one map on a laptop) To capture text,photos, video and GPS coordinates that are associated with a particular individual and a particular location The experience we would like the user to have is to have the Android app prompt the user to: 1.Select from a pull-down menu the name/number (list to be provided) 2.Enter in the FIRST name of the subject, the AGE of the subject, and a quotation(comment) from the subject (max of 100 characters). 3.Capture a video or photo of the subject 4.Get the GEO coordinates of where the photo/video was taken.(for later display on Map) Deliverable expected: 1.Android form to capture/collect the above 4 items in real time. 2.Arrange the form items with coordinates.(export to xml...etc) 3.A browser based map application (online or offline) to display the data captured by the app FROM MULTIPLE MOBILES.(Clickable icons with call out to display data/video...etc) 4. source Files Keywords: Graphic, Map, Location, Design, Browser, Handheld, Data, Android, App, HTML, Application, Mobile, GPS, XML, HTML5, Geo, Icon
