ABOUT US A small and dynamic digital design agency based in Soho with over a decade of experience within the corporate web and mobile multimedia domains, we are growing rapidly, innovating in the eCommerce space. Currently we are looking for an experienced Magento developer to work closely with our clients and work on several projects and startups. THE ROLE You will be responsible for working closely with the partners to build and customise new and existing Magento stores, including our own. Other responsibilities include scoping briefs, resource allocation, timeframes and budgets. Identifying and tracking project risks is KEY, and these must be escalated to the directors when necessary. Long term, you will have the unique opportunity to build and shape a team which you will then train and manage, assisting the partners on larger, more complex projects and campaigns and helping us grow in alignment with our culture. WHO'S THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB? We are looking for someone who can help us deliver high quality work on time. You must be self-motivated, able to manage yourself, be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will have worked within an agency before and have experience of delivering different types of digital work, this may vary from web builds to digital marketing campaigns. We are also looking for someone that can eventually provide consistent, clear and effective project management, delivering on-time, on-spec and on-budget - and we will help you develop these skills. CORE SKILLS ? Strong technical expertise in Magento, Zend, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript. ? Experience of working on different types of projects with other designers and developers. Essential experience of web and website design, preferably working with CMS systems too such as Wordpress and Drupal. ? Be London based ? Organised, multi-tasker, detail focused and accurate ?
