VA remote help and assistant needed
I'm looking to hire a virtual assistant to handle a lot of my normal day to day tasks to help free up some of my time. Duties would include the following: CRM remote sessions (this will become an "on call assignment"). This means you will be working during the US business hours between 8-6pm covering all 4 time zones. You are not expected to work continuously in those hours and you may be working with someone else to stagger the work hours. You will get training and instructions for this task) Research - This can be anything from a blog entry I'm working on, to finding accounts that I am adding to my network of real estate brokers. Management of Calendar & Task Management Applications Data Entry (Google Docs & Excel) Other tasks may include: Website, Graphic Design SEO, Link Building, Marketing Emails Keyword Research, Keyword Lists Domain Research, Domain List Building The possibilities are really endless, I can spend hours listing off things that you may or may not do. Really what I need is someone that is well rounded with computers, software and web related technologies. Candidate will speak, understand and write great English (completion of accent reduction class is a plus). You must have your own computer, software, Internet, ect. I will not be covering or paying for anything extra. If there is something very specific you need to do your job, we can discuss that. The basics and commons are up to you. This is a semi-full time position. Meaning that most of the time you'll be working part time, probably around 20 to 25 hours a week, but in some cases you will need to work more than that. I am offering a salary based pay, with potential bonuses for excellent work. Salary and future projects are dependent on how well you work and contribute to the team. You'll need to be able to communicate in a number of ways, including instant messengers, Skype calls and emails. Text messages aren't required, but would be helpful.
