Create a command-line based JBIG2 image decoder. Image encoding is not required. The decoder will accept a JBIG2 image file from disc and convert it to raw format, writing it back to disc. The software should be written in C or C++ and be cross-platform, able to build and run on Unix and Windows system. A set of test files can be supplied.
