Job Description I am in need of a Network Design Engineer who also has experience with PCI/DSS compliance. We have identified a number of gaps in the current IT Infrastructure whereby an overall network re-design is needed. Not only to improve overall network performance, but to also tighten network security, provide enhanced logical and physical network separation through segmentation, and to assist with identifying any current or anticipated gaps in maintaining compliance with PCI/DSS guidelines and standards. We are a medium sized PCI/DSS Compliant Call Center (around 250 users) with a sister company in Canada (around 150 users). Our internal technologies include: Touchstar Predictive Dialer, Lead Base Management, Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Network, Telephony, SQL Server 2000/2005 Databases,Progress Database, Perl/CGI/Java, Internal and External facing Web Services, ISDN, DS1, DS3, Linux, Ubuntu, Scripted Network Automation for FTP, SFTP, SSH. The scope of this position does not include implementation but consultation and review of a workable network design.
