To develop and maintain an array of project and human resource schedules using the full capabilities of MS Project. We require someone who is familiar with the basic architectural and engineering design maturation process and general construction phases and activities. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining our human resource plan where we forecast and manage our employee workload. The right person for this role must be a skilled communicator and willing to work closely with others. We desire someone who is personable, self-managed and capable of producing results without requiring constant supervision.
