We are looking for someone to create a psd-file containing the pictures of all the employees in our call center. This project contains 20 pictures (size of the originals is 4288x2848 px) that need to be edited. However, we are looking for a worker who we can contact in the future with follow-up projects as soon as there are new employees and new pictures that need to be added to the file. Further requirements: 1) two (2) psd-files (basically the same: same elements but different sizes of the pictures) - first version: 4:3 format, approx. 1600 x 1200 px - second version: 4:3 format, 70 x 53 px 2) one (1) separate Layer for each picture / employee 3) create a the person�s head and neck should be in the picture, not the whole upper body 4) uniform arrangement of the pictures: - justification of the heads should be centered - heads need to be about the same size - uniform background (preferably a colour gradient from light grey to white or something similar; but we are also open to new ideas) 5) touch ups if necessary - red spots / shine ect. on skin - sharpness - colours - light / brightness 6) We also need a layer that contains an icon / graphic as a placeholder for the picture. We will use this for new employees of whom we do not have a picture yet For your information: The pictures will be made into a gif-file and are displayed in the upper right corner of our website http://www.tourist-online.de. You can have a look at it to get an idea about what we want, because there already is a display of the employees in our service team (changing pictures). Because right now we have a lot of new employees and new pictures, we need an updated version of this. (And we are still taking on new employees, so we will soon need to add more pictures -> follow up projects for the chosen vworker).
