Step 2: A conference call (preferably via Skype) to answer any questions you have about the service. Step 3: You provide at least one of each of the three components (preferably more). Step 4: A second conference call to review your submissions and suggest revisions. Step 5: Final delivery of the three components. The entire process should not take more than two or three days.
