We are looking for a Remote Management Solution for our remote contractors: A solution with: 1) A tracker where workers record all their time to get paid (timesheet function) 2) Periodic screenshots for audit trail & to ease management (screenshot function) 3) Auto-logoff for inactivity (supervisory function) 4) Tracks projects (project management function) 5) Generate client invoices (billing function) We are reaching out to see if anyone knows of any off-the-shelf solutions, can propose an affordable solution themselves, or a combination that could be modified to work together. Currently we use the following tools but they are not connected which causes us to manually reconcile between them: 1) Elance workview for time-tracking - but only half our contractors are on it (timesheet function) 2) Elance workview for periodic screenshots for audit trail (screenshot function) 3) Elance workview auto-logoff for inactivity (supervisory function) 4) Teamwork PM for projects (project management function) 5) Teamwork PM for client invoices but they must be manually revised in Word (billing function) In an ideal world, all solutions would link to and from Teamwork PM, as we have a log of activity and billable time already in that system, but so long as the project management function has the same high level of features as TWPM, we can be persuaded to move to a new platform. TWPM is a modified, more powerful version of Bacecamp, so please don't try to sell us on moving to BC. As a note, if you don't plan on addressing everything above with your initial contact (to the best of your abilities), that is if your initial contact is just hype for your company with promises of delivery "affordable, scalable solutions", then don't bother. We will reject your proposal without considering it. We want to know, from the start, that you read through entire listing and therefore can effectively communicate with us from project start to finish. Higher ratings/Higher earnings will be considered first, but anyone with a really good proposal, project plan, and what we consider an affordable price tag, will be considered.
