PT Admin/Cloud Office Manager for Our Sales Team
Hello, We are a small team of consultants and we are looking for an admin resource for 15-25 hours per week for 6 months. Responsibilities: - managing expense reports and general bookkeeping - data entry and sales assistant research - general administrative support to two partners - scheduling - sending out invoices - marketing assistance/website upkeep if possible (wordpress) - running and distributing reports - setting up and managing company and employee newsletter requirements: - quickbooks online - data entry - proofreading - excellent computer skills - fully functioning office and telecom resources - great attitude - email newsletter We are ideally looking for our virtual admin to be based in southern California. We will provide you with a cloud phone number, corporate email account.
