Supervisor/Team Lead/Manager - Helpdesk, Sys Admin, NOC

Client in Cleveland, OH is seeking 2 Supervisors to oversee the Helpdesk, Systems Admin, and NOC teams. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE HANDS ON. Salary is $60K-$90K If you are not interested please pass along to other colleagues/associates. THEY NEED A SUPERVISOR/INCIDENT MANAGER!!!!!! Hours: 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (includes ½ hr. lunch); 3rd Shift – Monday through Friday 12:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (no lunch) Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience required. A minimum of three years experience in a network operations center, second level support or incident management environment required. Demonstrated ability to perform in positions of leadership, preferably in a professional services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Other requirements include: ability to focus on, absorb and analyze a high level of detail in tickets, statistics, project plans and general reports; excellent knowledge of numerous applications and software including the MS Office suite of applications, Lotus Notes, Citrix, Blackberrys; and an aptitude for quickly learning new software. General Summary: Under the immediate supervision of the Network Operations Services Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the second and third shift operations of the Help Desk, Systems Administration Services and the Network Operations Center. This position includes responsibility for personnel matters, staffing schedules, training and troubleshooting. The Supervisor has responsibility for timely communications, both within the Department and with end users, in the event of any outage or other incident. The Supervisor is expected to ensure seamless transition between shifts and escalate unresolved issues, as appropriate. Requirements SEE ABOVE
