CB Title Group is a title agency located in Springfield, NJ. We provide title insurance products and services to real estate brokers, real estate attorneys, and mortgage brokers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. CB Title is looking for someone to work on a per diem basis to handle as needed, the following marketing tasks: - Create bulletins (rough content will be provided by CB Title) in Constant Contact - Upon approval, send bulletins through Constant Contact - Manage the bouncebacks in Constant Contact (research & identify updated email or contact information) - Collaborate with CB Title Group's President to fully develop his LinkedIn profile - Manage the LinkedIn profile for CB Title Group's President - Create and fully develop a LinkedIn profile for the entity of CB Title - Build in cross-references between Constant Contact email marketing and LinkedIn profiles. - Copywrite for various marketing campaigns and correspondence - More marketing tasks may be added as relationship builds. You must have the following experience: - Constant Contact - LinkedIn - Real estate and/or title insurance marketing Interested parties should send a proposal that speaks to why you think you can do this. Proposal should include: resume, references, and your hourly rate.
