Email / customer service manager
We currently have someone that is sending a large number of emails out every day to individuals, and we need someone to manage the follow-up for these emails. It would be about 5-6 hours of work a week (maybe more as time goes on). It may require filling out forms, sending thank you notes, making a note to send a reminder out, and / or sending any requested information. I will be providing remote login to my email account, and it will take a few hours to get acquainted with exactly what needs to be done. The applicant must be a native english speaker, have high attention to detail, and be very organized. We would like to start with 1-2 weeks and if if everything goes well, we can provide on-going work.
