A digital signature. Like many companies, we send a tremendous amount of e-mails. We need something graphically pleasing that contains our employee name, position, logo, physical address, website address, e-mail address and other contact information. We need this design to be flexible so that new employees can also easily add their names and positions to the digital signature.
