Service description: Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MD&A and notes to meet annual Form 20F reporting requirements as well as liase with company management and auditors to complete filing. * Access to electronic bookkeeping records will be provided. Key requirements: Must reside within the USA. CPA or equivalent designation. Demonstrated experience with publicly traded resource exploration companies. Detail oriented, accurate and able to complete work on tight timelines. Professional and effective communication skills with company management and external auditors. Working knowledge of Simply Accounting. Comments: Price Point : ($1500 - $3000 USD) per annual report.
