Fix song sales reporting page
1. Fix song sale count - No number is shown for this value. 2. Fix song play count - No number is shown for this value. 3. Go straight to this years report. - When sales report button is clicked and artist is selected, the report should go straight to yearly report for this year. 4. Fix publisher earnings for publisher accounts. - This value is incorrect, as seen when compared with the sales report. 5. Fix artist earnings for publisher accounts - This value is incorrect, as seen when compared with the sales report. 6. Add option for "All artists" sales report. When sales report button is clicked there should be an option in the drop down for "All artists" in addition to the individual artists in a publishers account. This report will show the sales for all artists instead of any individual artist.
