We are looking for a presentation folder to give to our potential listing clients on our appointments. We want the folder to make us stand out from our competition by conveying a level professionalism and organization beyond that of any other real estate agent. The design therefore needs to look professional, clean and emit a young, technologically savvy look. I would like it to have a web 2.0 style & feel to it. Being technologically savvy is key for our clients as they rely on us having the know how and ability to sell their home within the modern marketplace through various channels. The design must be modern and contemporary and eye catching but doesn't necessarily need to be very busy, less is more sometimes. The design must include our corporate colors black and red.
