SR Computer Support Specialist
Sr. Computer Support Specialist needed to provide front-line telephone technical support for a busy Helpdesk. The position requires someone who will be responsible for troubleshooting software issues, hardware and printer issues, network/connectivity issues and also be able to provide day to day desktop support and training. The most qualified candidate will have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. This employee will need to be able to think independently and creatively, with minimal supervision. The ideal applicant will need excellent technical and problem solving skills.
