We measure ourselves in our ability to build well designed, professional websites, and combining them with custom tools, resources and advertising to drive business results for our clients. Because of our success and ability to do this, we spend more time with our clients and are less available to actually sit down and do all the work ourselves. We require a person with experience in account set up, keyword research and selection, ad grouping, copy writing, bidding, conversion optimization and analytics. You must be able to prove your skills in defining campaign parameters, goals, benchmarks, key performance indicators and reporting. Landing page design experience for providing conversion optimization advice will be considered in the selection process. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Write a monthly report for each client and mail to Client Services Manager. (We have about half a dozen active adwords clients and adding all the time. We expect our client base to double every 3 months) - Create a list of all optimizations for the developers to do to the sites. - Perform all the optimizations that involve editing the Adwords campaigns. - Charge on an hourly basis through Elance Workview.
