QA Lead CTH
The 5010 QA Lead is needed for a San Francisco, California client. The Lead will report to the EDI IT-QA Manager and ultimately be responsible for all the testing deliverables for the project which would include: An integrated test plan that coordinates all test data across the Enterprise and requires QA Certification, spanning multiple QA teams; internal and external to pur client. The plan should include clear entry criteria to enter QA which is expected to be completed in Dev Environment; Criteria for Exit from QA and promotion into the Performance Stage which ensures that the code being promoted has passed Functional and End-2 End Tests and has been regression tested. Criteria for Exit from QA and promotion into UAT which ensures that code passed P2P tests Drive weekly QA/UAT Test Team meetings to ensure adherence and consistent use of agreed upon bug tracking methods and tools Drive weekly Bug Review to ensure there are no duplication of bugs in the queue for fixing and that bugs are clearly articulated and receiving appropriate priority and severity Orchestrate approval for the promotion of code Drive weekly synch with development to ensure the right tests are being run to confirm bug fixes Act as a liaison with other Enterprise QA Testers to facilitate bug administration with applications outside of EDI that are impacting 5010 compliance Act as a liaison between HP testers and BSC testers, facilitating alignment of test data Facilitate or escalate issues regarding the schedule within QA and UAT environments Act as the 5010 testing SME and main QA contact for business and IT partners The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Knowledge and experience in EDI; business and technology which includes Edifecs and ESB Strong technical analysis skills to assess design of system integration for testing impacts Strong interpersonal skills to work smoothly with business and IT partners under time pressures Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written modes Quality Center is our testing documentation repository
