Windows 2003 webserver has slow startup and WILL shut down but goes to grayscreen when you try to reboot both locally and remotely. Need to tune up the server and have it reboot. Server has been running a few years and could probably use some cleaning of files. I must be in the office at the server when you are doing final work to test reboot cycle. Once again, you can do a shut down then turn back on, but obviously that is not the best solution from remote desktop!
