I require designs for several stationery items with a consistent, corporate look and feel. I have the specific details needed for each document/item. I have the business name, and an outline of what our company provides. There is currently a logo, but we'd like to update this to suit our new web theme. Open to ideas from provider. Provider will provide the following documents: 1. Logo or stylized business name (as agreed with provider) - in EPS/PSD vector format, and also as a transparent background PNG suitable for web publication in several sizes. 2. Business Card Template (Australian Size 90mm by 55mm) - in EPS/PSD vector format. 3. Letterhead Design (A4 Sized 210mm by 297mm) - in format agreed with provider. 4. 4 x General Document Template Design (A4 Sized 210mm by 297mm). These will be used for reports, proposals and similar documents. Open to ideas from supplier, but consider that a main cover page, and several inside page options would suffice. I am flexible with the timeframe for this, and would prefer a quality product, as opposed to a rushed product. I would like the process to unfold thus: 1. I provide the successful provider with organization name, information and so forth. 2. Provider develops one or several general brand concept ideas (for review only) 3. I select the desired concept and we work together to reach agreement on specifics of the concept. 4. The provider develops one or several concepts for each document, using the agreed branding as a base. 5. I select the desired concept and we work together to reach agreement on specifics of the concept. 6. Provider delivers final draft for review/confirmation. I am happy for providers to propose alternate ways to proceed and additional concepts I have not yet considered.
