High availability / redundant Linux Server
Job Description Hello, We are in the process of building a server (using 2 Debian based servers inside a 10U rack enclosure) that we would deploy at the client's location. We have been exploring various options such as VMware (free versions), PaceMaker, etc. We need help from an expert in this area to guide us in building a low-cost system that is highly available, very secure, and it can be easily manageable from remote location. You will prepare the best possible architecture (possibly using open source technologies), instructions to build it and guide our IT guys in building the server. The main purpose of the server is to manage / serve client applications that are deployed at the client's location. We need to maintain close to 100% up-time. There will be TCP and VOIP traffic that goes through the server (cluster/cloud). Availability, performance and cost are very important. I know, we need to have the right balance. Thank you for your time. Keywords: Other - Networking & Information Systems, linux, vmware, voip
