Hi, I am searching for a new development resource, team or individual. I have a project that is in progress but my main team has been drawn into a long-term contract, preventing them from continuing work for me. So, I am looking for a resource who can pick up the work that has been done, digest what's there currently, then continue working. The potential for long-term, even full-time employment exists. Right now, however, it will be ad hoc. Bidders should have a strong grasp on the English language. Email will be the primary communication channel, but skype/phone will occasionally come up as well. So, written English is critical, spoken English is helpful. I am looking for a resource that knows that any given goal can be accomplished numerous ways, but knows why one (or several) are the best. Fixing inefficiencies in existing code is encouraged, as is suggesting architectural and design options. Please don't bid if you have less than 3 years of full-time experience or equivalent.
