Beginners work, beginners pay. Graphically design my year book with lots of photos for each page. Elementary school not like high school yearbooks, this is very very basic. There is certain photos that need to go on certain pages, I have the photos separated by page folders. The photos need to be placed in an InDesign CS4 single page 8.5x11 file with bleeds. Place photos onto page and graphically design the page. Very basic work, not alot of space left over for graphically designing, more photos need to be on pages then graphics, need headlines and page numbers to work on the page a certain way. The photos are more important about getting a bunch on pages compared to graphic designing. Nothing needs done with fixing photos. I have the basic page numbers set up and the page numbers cannot move you would need to download all of the photos and page template and import them into the file and reupload the indesign file. Keep all photo names the same as what I have them, keep them all in the same folders. You can add a graphical design in back of photos with various colors on page.
