Writing a Patent Application - Intellectual Property
We require a patent application writing from start to finish. The product involves technology and systems which are both offline and also online. The applications needs covering in a way so that it can be protected strongly and is not easily overiden by way of slight change. If its possible to include the process in generic terms on the claims then please do so. I will provide a detailed breakdown in bullet point format, with this information the entire patent application needs to be writen. The product amd service includes hardware, software and websites. However we are not looking to patent any particular hardware and software as there are lots of hardware and software availble we can use, its the way we wish to use them and the additional functionality it will performm that makes it novel. The product and service currently does not exist. Please feel free to ask questions. Ps: We will apply for a UK patent only first. I am aware of how to submit uk applications thereforen this is not required, we just need the writing of the applications and more importantly the claims.
