Job Description I am looking for a design engineering with tube bending experience to design and provide CAD drg's for a simple twin head bender to bend the ends of 5/8" sq x 1mm wall & 3/4"sq x 1mm wall ERW tube. Each end of the tube will need to be bent at 60deg in the same axis and direction, the tube will be one length only, the bend length will be about 65mm overall length of stright tube will be about 1510mm long. A compression bend will be more than adequate We would like to bend 2 or three tube as at a time, they must be easy to load and unload, a small footprint for the equipment is preferred. This equipement will be used for our own production so simplicity and ease of manufacture are essential. I am open to any reasonable ideas, we have an air supply and a possible hydraulic power pack that we could use. I will interested to hear from any suitable candidates.
