Job Description Need for a knowledgeable programmer / system designer who can pull compatible elements together to demonstrate the workings of a system that can receive target address data and make this available to mobile phones and use free GPS system data to draw and calculate distance and time from the mobile phone to the target address on a real-time regular time refresh (say every 1 min) basis. Use of SMS texting also utilised. Users would login and register to use the system and be recorded in a database. All the usual login and password routines would be needed. Security is important and encryption required on the data transmissions. A recommendation as to whether an app is needed or not, and a justification of that recommendation is needed.
