Job Description Scope of work: We need to have our asterisk configurations supplemented with code that would allow for the following: When a caller is transferred to an extension from an IVR or another extension, and the caller goes to voicemail, the caller needs the ability to press 0 to go back to the previous menu or extension. The caller ID must be maintained in this. This is an active production environment, and we will implement the code ourselves and perform QA, We are only seeking the changes that need to be made to the configuration files and the scripts.
