Job Description I have a group of writers that I assign topics to on a regular basis. It's becoming increasingly difficult to manage them and their assignments individually on a daily basis. I want them to be able to login to one site, see the articles in the queue that are waiting for an author, select the ones they want to write, and submit them when they are finished. - The site will need to be extremely user friendly - I need to be able to assign existing and new writers with password/login info - When each article is submitted it needs to automatically pass inspection on Copyscape (an online tool that checks for plagiarism) - Once an article is submitted and passes Copyscape, I need to be able to approve it or send it back with revisions. - I need something in place for automatic backups in case the site is compromised in any way. Upon login, I need to come to a screen or dashboard that allows me to easily enter the following information for the writers. • Article title • URL of blog it will be submitted to • Keyword or keyword phrase #1 • Keyword or keyword phrase #2 • Comments When the writers login, they need to see a screen that shows articles waiting to be written and alert them of previous articles that didn't meet quality standards which I set for revision. I'm not looking for anything fancy, this isn't a website that will be open to the general public. My main concern is that the website is extremely user friendly and structured in a way that eliminates any confusion for me or the writers. Keywords: Web Programming
