I need someone to advise and write two or more marketing letters, that will be used in email marketing and print (letter sized, will be used for mail & handing out). This will be used for a small engineering consulting company that is entering it's second year. We need to find and nurture new client relationships - even if it means just starting a conversation that may lead to a job opertunity several months to a year from now. My company provides services to an industry that primarily uses a software tool that is quickly being made obsolete by a newer product. This program has a sharp learning curve, there is quite a bit of competition for these companies to be able to competently use this software to meet their requirements for their finished product. My consulting company provides services by helping these companies train their employees, create and optimise content specifc to their company, setup servers that run the software, as well as works along side the client on a pilot project. Many of my competitors offer 3 or 7 day training classes, without the more hands on direct help at the clients office. I need a succinct way to describe this using words, images, charts & graphs. Specifics will be explained to top candidates. I expect to be able to work with the client via phone / skype infrequently for upto an hour, and via email at other times.
