The job to build an every growing list of Vacation Rental Home Owners and Managers that will be used to offer membership in the Vacation Rental Association. VRIA is a not-for-profit organization of vacation rental owners, managers, website publishers and other suppliers. On the website we offer news, information, classes, home inspections and more to members of the industry. There are 1.5 million private vacation rental homes in the U.S and at least that many more worldwide. We would love to buy a list that included all those people, but but no one seems to have compiled it previously. So we need someone to scour the Internet to build a list for us. It does NOT need to be 1.5 million names. In fact, we really only want to get to 500 to 1,000 names per week or two. So this is can easily be an on going process where we buy more names every week. You will want to search various websites manually or using software and provide us (as a minimum): - Person's name - Email address - Phone - City [ location of the property ] - State - Country If you harvest the names using software, it is NOT sufficient to simply give us a long list of names. Instead, it is necessary to go to each person's website or advertising listing to determine that they are, indeed, a vacation home owner or vacation rental management company. The work will be organized by geographic area. For example, we may ask that the first list be created for the State of Florida, Miami Area. The next might be the town of Vail, Colorado (Ski resort area). Once a geographic area is thoroughly searched then we will move on to another. Vacation owners often list their properties on various websites that you will find by typing in the words Vacation rental or other key words such as: - Vacation Rental - Vacation Cottage - Vacation Villa - Holiday Home - Holiday House - Holiday Cottage - Holiday Village - Gite [ french ] To find Vacation Rental Manager, we will search by similar key words and appending the word "Manager." - You will be welcome to submit about 500 names per week. - The data must sent to us in Excel file emailed or uploaded - You will need a method of eliminating duplicates - We would expect no more than 5% of the list to be bad or duplicated. - We will pay for names on a per name basis. ** If the price is affordable, we may want to buy a larger number of names per week. OR, if you already have such a list that is much larger, we might be willing to buy the total list in one transaction. To be considered please submit your price each group of 500 name. Actual price per name can be adjusted a bit if the name is slight more or less. We will guarantee 10 weeks of work if the price is good.
