Develop mobile app (android & iphone) with matching web interface for tracking user participation and achievement in administrator specified events and activities. Users should be able to register using Facebook or Twitter account link as well as create a user account without FB or Twitter linkage. Events database for the app will track event dates, descriptive info, partner info, organizer info, links, etc. The activity database will contain partner info, descriptive info, contacts, links, etc (examples of activities include visiting an attraction our completing a self-guided itinerary. Events and activities will need to be tracked separately for multiple categories (i.e. sports, cultural, science, etc.) For each event and activity, administrator can define participation and achievement points that are available to be awarded to registered users of the website/app. A registered user will be awarded points for participation and achievement by attending and participating in events and activities -- when they do, they will provide an email address at the physical event/activity and then receive an email asking them to claim their points -- this will be done by users clicking on a link in the email. Alternately, the smartphone app will evaluate the location of the smartphone and, in the case of events, the time and prompt the user when they are eligible to claim points based on event or activity participation. Contest winners in each category and overall will be determined by points accumulated over a time period defined by administrators. Users will be able to track their points progress (both during a defined contest period and cumulatively over their lifetime) and contest/lifetime standings in the app. App/web interface will display a calendar of the events and a listing of events sortable and filterable both by date and by community location and allow users to bookmark events and activities that they are interested in order to create a plan/schedule of the events/activities they plan to participate in. App/web interface will facilitate easy sharing of events, activities, and user points progress through users social network or by email. App will facilitate user entry of reviews and comments on events and activities. App will be an add-on capability to an existing tourism website (visit.losalamos.com). It would be advantageous if event database allowed for creating events by grabbing data from existing events calendar and attractions directory on that site. Website will have backend that facilitates management of users (both administrative and consumer), events, attractions, and contest standing information. A subcategory of administrative users called "partners" will be able to add and change and monitor their own events/activities. A reporting method is required to track and report on: 1. referrals to partner social networks, attractions and events; 2. reviews of partner attractions and events; 3. Usage analytics 4. Visits to campaign partner events and activities based on user scoring Fixed price quote shall include all work required to deliver final products described above, obtaining Apple iStore and Android Marketplace acceptance of completed apps, and debugging updates of website and apps for 180 days following introduction. Goals for the app and website: Implementation will address networking and building the campaign partners' social networks; generating peer referrals to partner social networks, attractions and events; rewarding partners for referrals, rewarding individual participants for 1) referrals and 2) visiting partner attractions/events; and informing individual participants about opportunities to be "in to New Mexico" (n2nm) ? allow them to track how n2nm they have been.
